Shipping & Delivery

Our delivery service is within major city limits between the hours of 9am until 6pm. Areas outside of the UAE are currently not supported. Please contact the Customer Care team for more details if required.

• Delivery fee within UAE is a standard fee of 35 Dhs.
• Standard orders take 1-2 days to be delivered depending on location.
• Deliveries take place between 9:00am – 6:00pm from Monday to Saturday.
• SAME DAY DELIVERY is available in Dubai at a cost of 75 Dhs. Please note orders must be placed before 12pm to be received on the same day. Any orders placed after 12pm for Same Day delivery will receive their order at a specified desired time the next working day.
• FREE delivery across the UAE for orders over 500 Dhs within 1-3 days.
• All customers will be called to confirm their location & confirm a suitable delivery time. If the couriers fail to reach customers due to no response, phones switched off etc., delivery will not be attempted.
• Customers will be contacted for a maximum of 3 days before the order is cancelled.
